What is Love Notes?
Love Notes is an evidence-based curriculum that focuses on
Relationship Skills for Friendships, Love, Life, and Work
Many adolescents and young adults find their personal goals hindered by unplanned pregnancies, single parenting, and troubled relationships. Love Notes was developed specifically for this vulnerable group, including those already pregnant or parenting. Through 13 lessons, participants learn—often for the first time—how to make informed decisions about relationships, sexuality, pregnancy, and partners, among other important topics.

QUEENS HEAL: A Journey Through Art and Connection
Social-Emotional Learning: The QUEENS HEAL program invites young women to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery. Through social-emotional learning, participants explore their emotions, build empathy, and connect with others. Art becomes a powerful medium—a canvas for healing. Whether it’s painting, or writing, creative expression allows queens to release pent-up emotions, find solace, and connect with their inner selves.
Meaningful Dialogue: QUEENS HEAL fosters safe spaces for dialogue. Young women share their stories, vulnerabilities, and triumphs. These conversations break down barriers, dispel isolation, and create a sisterhood of support. Healing happens when queens listen, validate, and uplift one another.
Queening: A self-love journey
Setting Boundaries: Self-love begins with boundaries. In the QUEENING program, young women master the art of setting healthy limits. They learn to say “yes” to what nourishes their souls and “no” to what drains them. Boundaries protect their mental and emotional well-being, allowing queens to thrive without guilt. By honoring their needs, they become fierce advocates for themselves.
Confidence and Empowerment: QUEENING teaches women that self-love is not selfish—it’s essential. When queens prioritize their well-being, they radiate confidence. They lead by example, showing others that self-care is a non-negotiable part of leadership. Empowered queens uplift their communities, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

In the realm of queens, strength is celebrated, wisdom is gained, and mindful leadership takes center stage. These regal leaders embody presence, compassion, and clarity, cultivating focus and self-awareness. Their intention-driven leadership transcends external accolades, finding alignment within. When fully present, queens feel seen, heard, and valued.
